In a small, wide footed glass with pour

Stir contents and hand to guest along with a coconut popsicle, to be dunked into the glass.


Boozy Whipped Coffee

Ingredients (12 servings)


Step 1: Mix together sugar and coffee granules in bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. Add water, and mix on low to combine.

Step 2: Add liqueur, and increase mixer speed to medium-high, mixing until pale brown and whipped to soft peaks, 7 to 10 minutes. Serve as topping on cold milk, hot coffee, or Irish Cream on the rocks.
